What is a render minute?
A render minute is one minute of finished video output. A 10-minute video consumes 10 render minutes. Parallel scene rendering doesn't multiply your usage — only the final output duration counts.
Can I go over my monthly render limit?
Yes. Paid plans have overage pricing at $0.05/minute above the monthly allotment. Free accounts are hard-capped at 30 minutes per month.
How does API access work?
Studio and Enterprise plans include full API access via REST endpoints. Submit JSON job payloads, receive render results, and track progress via SSE streams or webhook callbacks.
What publishing platforms are supported?
ViralSync supports YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and more. The number of connected platforms depends on your plan tier.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing cycle.
